Use License

Subject to your agreement to and continued compliance with these Terms of Service, FFKRISTAL hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Portals and use the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.

Representations and Warranties

Each time you access the Portals (or any one of them), you irrevocably and unconditionally represent and warrant that: You are above 18 years old. If you are less than 18 years old, your parents are aware and have consented to your access and use of the Services;

Your personal information and documents submitted in connection therewith, including without limitation your full name, telephone number, mailing address, and email address are true and accurate. You shall immediately notify us in writing of any changes to your personal information;

You shall keep the Account password secure and confidential. You shall not at any time and under any circumstances disclose your Account password to any person and shall take all steps to prevent the disclosure of the Account password to any person;

Except as permitted by FFKRISTAL, you will not directly or indirectly use the Services for any commercial purposes;

You shall not use the Portals or the Services (or any one of them) to conduct or engage in any fraudulent, immoral, or illegal activities, or such activities that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties;

You shall not use any of the intellectual property belonging to FFKRISTAL or any publisher listed on the Portals, including, without limitation, registered or unregistered trademarks or trade names, without the prior written consent of FFKRISTAL; and

You shall not in any way interfere with, harass, or make offensive or abusive acts towards other users of the Portals or FFKRISTAL employees.

You shall not directly or indirectly recruit and/or poach customers obtained as a result of using the portals.

Use of Services

You shall, at your own expense and costs, obtain the necessary equipment and software to connect to and access the Portals and for the subsequent use of the Services. You shall be solely responsible for all fees and charges imposed by third parties in connection with and in relation to your connection of your equipment to the Portals (or any one of them).

It is your primary responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the rules and procedures for the use of the Services that FFKRISTAL may issue from time to time. FFKRISTAL shall not be liable for any error, loss, or damage caused by your use of the Services.

It is your responsibility to protect your Account information. Any notice or confirmation received by FFKRISTAL from your Account shall be deemed to have been issued by you, notwithstanding that such notice or confirmation may have been issued by a third party, and you shall be bound by such notice or confirmation.

FFKRISTAL shall not be liable for acting on any notice or confirmation transmitted through your Account. FFKRISTAL is not obliged to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons effecting the notice or confirmation or to verify the completeness of such notice or confirmation. Such notice or confirmation shall be irrevocable and binding on you upon receipt by FFKRISTAL, notwithstanding any error, fraud, lack of clarity, or misunderstanding in respect of the terms of such notice or confirmation. You must notify FFKRISTAL immediately upon receipt of incomplete, distorted, or inaccurate data or information from FFKRISTAL. You must also notify FFKRISTAL immediately upon receipt of any data or information that is not intended for you and delete such data from your Account.

You acknowledge and agree that FFKRISTAL may, at its sole discretion, refuse to grant or allow you to use the Services without giving any reason or prior notice.

Unless otherwise permitted in writing by FFKRISTAL, you shall not upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unauthorized or illegal activity on the Portals or directly to other users of the Portals.

You shall not upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunication equipment, including without limitation the Portals.

You irrevocably and unconditionally authorize FFKRISTAL to send updates to your Account regarding services and events offered or provided by FFKRISTAL.

Payment

You may pay for the Services in the currency available on the Portals in accordance with the prevailing exchange rate determined by FFKRISTAL at its sole discretion.

Siz Hesab vasitəsilə Xidmətlərin (və ya onlardan hər hansı birinin) istifadəsi ilə əlaqədar və əgər varsa, ödənişləri və müvafiq vergiləri həyata keçirmək üçün məsuliyyət daşıyacaqsınız.

FFKRISTAL heç bir səbəb göstərmədən etdiyiniz hər hansı ödəniş sorğusunu ləğv etmək üçün mütləq ixtiyar sahibidir.

FFKRISTAL sizə əvvəlcədən xəbərdarlıq etmədən istənilən vaxt Portallarda (və ya onlardan hər hansı birində) mövcud ödəniş üsullarını dəyişmək, dəyişdirmək və ya silmək hüququna malikdir.

You shall be responsible for effecting and paying all payments and relevant taxes, if any, in connection with the use of the Services (or any one of them) through the Account.

You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or other charges related to the receipt and delivery of your items arising from your relationship with payment service providers or any fees and taxes imposed by local customs officials or other regulatory authorities.

Availability of Services

Unless otherwise provided herein, the Services are usually available on a daily basis.

There may be times when the Services may not be available due to maintenance of the Portals or breakdown or other reasons beyond FFKRISTAL’s control. FFKRISTAL makes no warranty that the Services will be available at the times stated herein.

Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in these Terms of Service, FFKRISTAL reserves the right to change the procedures, the mode of operation of the Services, at any time and from time to time, for any reason, without prior notice to you, at its sole discretion.

Notwithstanding any provisions contained in these Terms of Service, FFKRISTAL shall have the right to:

immediately terminate or withdraw your use of the Services without notice;

impose conditions or restrictions on your use of the Service without notice.

Reliability of the Portals

You acknowledge that all transactions carried out on the Portals are conducted through the telecommunication and data network.

You are fully aware that factors affecting the relevant service providers and other relevant parties may delay or prevent your receipt of notice from FFKRISTAL or vice-versa. You accept that FFKRISTAL cannot guarantee the prompt delivery of such notice or confirmation.

You agree and confirm that you will take all steps and measures to check and verify the transaction history of your Account.
